Enrollment and Esther advisor coordination through PRRP are provided at no cost to the client, supporting readiness and access without adding a separate program fee.

PRRP Overview
PRRP gives the client and its property team a structured advisory relationship before a major event or project decision.
PRRP is a proactive advisory program that helps Esther understand the property, identify likely resource needs, consider relevant policy and operational factors, and establish a coordinated response path before a major event occurs.
There is no cost to the client for PRRP enrollment or for Esther advisor coordination and support through the program.
The client retains final authority and independently selects vendors, approves scopes, awards work, and authorizes expenditures. Esther’s advisors support planning and coordination and do not sign on the client’s behalf.
