When I started Esther, I set out to build something that did not end at the closing table, because in this business the closing is not the finish line, it is where the real work begins.

The decisions that come after the deal, the way an asset is financed, protected, repaired, and positioned over the years you hold it, are the ones that quietly determine whether an investment keeps its value or slowly gives it back, and those are precisely the decisions most owners are left to navigate on their own.

We advise owners, investors, developers, and family offices the way we would want to be advised ourselves, sitting on the same side of the table, thinking in years rather than transactions, and bringing in the right specialists, the attorneys, engineers, lenders, and restoration teams, only when they genuinely serve the client.
