A note from Esther.
Before founding Esther, I spent my career on the operating side of real estate, managing condominium and commercial portfolios, building a commercial management firm focused on retail and industrial assets, serving as a regional director accountable to more than sixteen boards of directors and their management teams, and leading national partnerships.
That experience made one gap clear. The decisions that determine how a property performs, how it is repaired after a loss, how capital work is scoped and awarded and how vendors are held to account, are often divided among the owner, the management team and the contractors, with no one responsible for connecting them.
Esther was built to connect them. We work on the client's side of the table, bring in the professionals each assignment requires and keep the client in control of every decision, because property at the highest level is about more than buildings. It is about the people who occupy them, the teams who run them and the decisions that outlast any single project.
